Chapter 7

Chapter 7 is all about something that i'm sure all of us use everyday, The internet. The chapter goes over many different aspects of internet. One thing that i'm sure we all use everyday is e-mail. We use it in this class to get our assignments to Judy and is something we all know how to use. It also talks about ISPs which are internet service providers. ISPs include things like e-mail, chat rooms, instant messaging and even internet access and browsers like internet explorer or mozilla firefox. It also goes on to talk about using electronic mail in teaching and learning and that is something that we do in this class. We use assignment transmisson which are assigned activites that are emailed to the teacher. Later on in the chapter it talks about creating and evaluating web sites. It gives you an easy to read and understand website evaluating rubic. It gives you all of the different categories and descriptions of what the different scores would be. This made it easier for me to understand how to grade the websites and what was good and bad.
